Wow....I can't believe it is already 2009.  Doesn't it just seem like yesterday that we had the whole Y2K thing?

Any resolutions? I am working on some ideas but haven't had the time to really think it through.  I would love to hear other people's ideas.

I came across a comment somewhere that I think is a bit funny:  "I am disinclined to acquiesce to your request."  Now, I don't think it would be so funny if one of my children said it to me.

This was the most amazing mayonnaise.  I bought it in Salzburg, Austria...here it is ...a bit crumpled.
It was made from free range eggs but that isn't what was so great about it. It had a bit of mustard in it...not like Dijonnaise or anything else I have found here. I wish I had some more. It made a great accompaniment to some smoked salmon!
